Wayne is a diversity, marketing, and communications professional with expertise in the areas of diversity training and consulting, marketing strategy, and effective communications. He has over 25 years of work experience in healthcare, media and corporate environments and include groundbreaking efforts in cultural education. A graduate of Morehead State University, Wayne Is a certified trainer with the Ralph Brandt and Associates “Connecting with Others™” curriculum and currently developing several new education and training models focused on sports and blind interaction. He has co-produced Diversity Summits for 11,000+ member healthcare organization, and is also a facilitator with Crossroads Church Undivided Racial Reconciliation Diversity Training.
